Procurement through a framework contract of stores under object heads AO-3901-Stationery Charges with an annual budget grant of Rs. 1,150,000 and bid security of Rs. 23,000 - AO-3955-Computer Stationery with an annual budget grant of Rs. 575,000 and bid security of Rs. 11,500 - AO-3970-001-Others with an annual budget grant of Rs. 1,150,000 and bid security of Rs. 23,000 - AO-9601-Plant & Machinery with an annual budget grant of Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 20,000 - AO-9701-Furniture & Fixture with an annual budget grant of Rs. 500,000 and bid security of Rs. 10,000. Bids are invited from General Order Suppliers, manufacturers and firms engaged in trading, registered with relevant tax departments, holding the required professional tax certificate and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The procurement uses Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bid security of 2% is required through CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, Pay Order or PSID. Lot-wise lowest evaluated price will be considered, and bidders must quote rates for every item or the bid will be non-responsive. Successful bidders must provide 5% performance guarantee against each supply order.
