Framework contract for provision of venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies across Punjab, covering Lahore Division - 550 marriages and 12,100 persons with estimated cost Rs. 38,720,000 and bid security Rs. 774,400 - Bahawalpur Division - 450 marriages and 9,900 persons with estimated cost Rs. 31,680,000 and bid security Rs. 633,600 - Sargodha Division - 750 marriages and 16,500 persons with estimated cost Rs. 52,800,000 and bid security Rs. 1,056,000 - Faisalabad Division - 500 marriages and 11,000 persons with estimated cost Rs. 35,200,000 and bid security Rs. 704,000 - Gujranwala Division - 450 marriages and 9,900 persons with estimated cost Rs. 31,680,000 and bid security Rs. 633,600 - Multan Division - 550 marriages and 11,000 persons with estimated cost Rs. 38,720,000 and bid security Rs. 774,400 - D G Khan Division - 900 marriages and 19,800 persons with estimated cost Rs. 63,360,000 and bid security Rs. 1,267,200 - Sahiwal Division - 500 marriages and 11,000 persons with estimated cost Rs. 35,200,000 and bid security Rs. 704,000 - Rawalpindi Division - 350 marriages and 7,700 persons with estimated cost Rs. 24,640,000 and bid security Rs. 492,800. Lot 10 covers videography and photography for 40 events at Rs. 700,000 per event, with estimated cost Rs. 28,000,000 and bid security Rs. 560,000. Bids are invited lot-wise separately under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through Punjab E-Procurement. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bid security of 2% of total estimated cost is required separately for each lot through the prescribed banking arrangements. For Lots 1 to 9, firms must have physical presence and verifiable experience in the relevant Division. Bids must be submitted by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
