Procurement Of Bridal Groom Dresses And Jewelry Sets Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for provision of bridal and groom attire and jewelry for collective marriage ceremonies across Punjab during FY 2026-27. The procurement covers 5,000 bridal and groom dress and jewelry sets at an estimated cost of Rs. 45,000 per unit or event or person, with total estimated cost of Rs. 225,000,000 including applicable taxes and bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 4,500,000. Eligible firms and companies must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax. Bidding documents are available through Punjab E-Procurement and PPRA, and the procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security must be provided in the prescribed form through the specified banking arrangements. Bids are invited as a whole package and must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bids opened at 11:00 AM the same day.
