Description
Framework contract procurement of PCR Kits, RDTs, laboratory items and consumables for procuring agencies under the administrative control of Health & Population Department for FY 2026-27. Bidders are required to quote competitive prices on delivered duty paid basis at the consignee end according to the specifications in the bidding documents. Procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bids must be completed in conformity with the bidding documents and submitted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement. Bid security at the percentage specified in the bidding documents must be submitted electronically through the prescribed e-procurement procedure, and physical financial instruments such as CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee are not accepted. The revised submission deadline is 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids are opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
