Outsourced Staff And Office Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of outsourced staff and office support staff services for Punjab Ring Road Authority for FY 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 1.5 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 75,000. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors must provide an undertaking that they are not blacklisted by PPRA and PRA and must hold valid certificates from relevant tax authorities including FBR and PRA. Procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, with technical and financial bids submitted through Punjab E-Procurement. Bids must be submitted by 9 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of applicants or representatives who choose to attend. Earnest money must be provided in the form of a CDR issued by Bank of Punjab in favour of Punjab Ring Road Authority, with the soft copy uploaded and original hard copy submitted before the closing time. Only technically responsive bidders proceed to financial bid opening. Rates and amounts must be entered in figures and words, and incomplete financial bids, blank BOQs or blank summary and sub-summary pages are non-responsive. Conditional, incomplete, manually submitted, postal or corrupt bids are not accepted.
