E-bids for multiple District Council schemes based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 rates covering supply of stationery and other accessories - supply of Panaflex, steamer, sweets, gifts and flags - illumination of government buildings on daily rental basis - supply and fixing of tentage materials, generators, beam lights and related items on daily rental basis - supply of electricity street light material - supply of plants, grass carpet, grass loss and excavation - supply of food items for national days, religious events and flood emergencies on government direction - repair and maintenance of water pumps, motors, generators, vehicles, batteries, de-watering sets and canvas pipes. Estimated costs range from Rs. 2,860,000 to Rs. 19,800,000 with bid security at 5% for each scheme. Contractors and firms must be registered with PPRA E-Procurement and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes for 2026-27. Bids are submitted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security is paid online through Bank of Punjab before uploading the bid.
