Procurement Of Xrf Spectrophotometer Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one XRF-Spectrophotometer with an estimated cost of Rs. 35 million and bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 1.75 million. The equipment must conform to the technical specifications and Schedule of Requirements contained in the bidding documents. Bids are invited through Punjab E-Procurement System from interested bidders having valid NTN or STRN, Punjab Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and active taxpayer status on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. The procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security in favour of the Chief Scientist must be uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted by 14 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids are publicly opened through the e-procurement system at 11:30 AM the same day. Prices must be final and inclusive of applicable taxes and freight, with no price negotiations.
