Internet Bandwidth Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of internet bandwidth for the Livestock and Dairy Development Department with an estimated cost of Rs. 1.0 million and bid security of Rs. 20,000. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA 2014. Bids must be submitted online through Punjab E-Procurement by 3 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. A bid security of 2% is required in favour of the Director Planning and Evaluation in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, with the original bid security required to be submitted physically before the e-bid submission deadline. Bid validity is 120 days from opening. Hard copies of e-bids are not required, and procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
