Procurement and preparation of answer and practical sheets for SSC and HSSC Examinations 2027 under Punjab E-Procurement. Lot 1 covers 3,700,000 SSC answer sheets of 24 pages with 68 GSM plus or minus 3% variation, blush high finish, minimum 80% brightness, 12% minimum burst factor, 85% minimum opacity and both sides glazed without ink penetration or spread, with an estimated price of Rs. 62,900,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 3,145,000. Lot 2 covers 1,200,000 HSSC answer sheets of 32 pages with the same paper specifications, estimated at Rs. 25,200,000 with 5% CDR of Rs. 1,260,000. Lot 3 covers 575,000 SSC practical answer sheets of 4 pages estimated at Rs. 1,725,000 and 250,000 HSSC practical answer sheets of 12 pages estimated at Rs. 2,250,000, with total Lot 3 value of Rs. 3,975,000 and CDR of Rs. 198,750. Procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through Punjab E-Procurement, with technical and financial bids submitted online and no hard copy accepted. Rates are evaluated lot-wise, bid validity is 120 days, samples are provided before technical bid opening, and rates must include all taxes on F.O.R. basis.
