Supply Of Printed Examination Cover Sheets Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of printed cover sheets for SSC and HSSC Examinations 2027, including SSC and HSSC MCQ award and practical cover sheets and roll number parts. The required quantity is 5,725,000 cover sheets with an estimated amount of Rs. 45,800,000 and bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 2,290,000. Cover sheets must be printed on 100 grams imported A3-size offset paper made from virgin pulp with minimum 95% brightness, single-colour black digital printing according to approved design and script, perforation at selected points, encrypted 16-digit Barcode 128 printing containing Board code ID and roll number, unique number or barcode for each sheet, specified bubble and content positioning, minimum 12% burst factor, minimum 90% opacity and both sides glazed. Procurement follows PPRA Rules under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through Punjab E-Procurement, with technical and financial bids submitted online and no hard copy accepted. Rates are evaluated and compared as a whole, must remain valid for 120 days from the submission date, and must include all applicable taxes on F.O.R. basis. Sample printed cover sheets are provided at technical bid opening.
