Prequalification Of Distributors And Pharmacies For Medicine Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of distributors and pharmacies for procurement of unquoted items of bulk formulary medicines for a clinical healthcare institution. E-bids are invited from vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and participating through Punjab E-Procurement under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. The estimated procurement value is PKR 139,294,744. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount against quoted items is required through CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order and must also be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab E-Procurement procedure. Participating firms must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System. Hard copies of e-bids are not required, and bids are subject to a validity period of 180 days from opening. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
