Medicine Surgical Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for medicine, disposable and surgical items for local purchase, SSP and Zakat Funds for financial year 2026-27, with an estimated value of Rs.32 million and bid security of 1% of estimated cost. Eligible bidders include original manufacturers, sole distributors and authorized dealers for relevant dialysis, laboratory and blood bank items, pharmacies holding valid Form-9 licenses for medicines, disposables and surgical items, and general order suppliers for medical gas cylinder refilling, general store and IT items. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security is to be submitted through a bank guarantee in favor of the procuring agency and paid online through a PSID. Bidders must submit their best and final offer, as prices will not be negotiated.
