Janitorial And Cleaning Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for hiring janitorial and cleaning services for FY 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 4,900,000 inclusive of applicable taxes and bid security is 2% amounting to Rs. 98,000. Open competitive bidding is conducted electronically under Rule 38(2-a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Selection method and cumulative cost evaluation. Bidders must upload technical and financial bids in PDF form with complete supporting documents. Bid security must be submitted digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options using the generated PSID on the Punjab E-Procurement Portal. Bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online by 9 September 2026 at 2:00 PM and opened at 2:30 PM the same day at the head office. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Bid validity is 90 days from opening, and incomplete or conditional bids are not considered.
