Medicine Pharmacy Store For Sehat Sahulat Program Tender Notice

Provision of a medicine pharmacy store for the Sehat Sahulat Program for Financial Year 2026-27 through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 and KPPRA S.R.O. (23) Vol:1-34/2024-25 dated 24 March 2025. The procurement is based on the highest discount rate. The bidder must have a valid Drug Sale License for supply of medicines to patients round the clock, active taxpayer registration with KPRA and FBR, and cold chain maintenance capacity. The pharmacy store should be within a radius of 500 meters and may be adjusted within hospital premises under the cited direction. Bid security is PKR 250,000 in the form specified in the bidding documents. E-bids with scanned documents and bid security must be submitted through E-PADS by 17.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening at 11:30 AM the same day. The original Call Deposit Receipt must also be submitted to the Medical Superintendent before the closing time. Manual bids will not be accepted.
