Framework Contract Blood Bank Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of blood bank items on Delivered Duty Paid basis for Financial Year 2026-27 under the budgetary umbrella of Government of the Punjab, Health & Population Department. Bidding is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security is 2% per item and the original CDR or Bank Draft must be received in the Procurement Branch before the closing date and time along with original affidavits required in the bidding documents. Bids must be uploaded by 10.09.2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
