Framework contract procurement for financial year 2026-2027 through lot-wise e-bidding covering Hot & Cold - Office Stationery - Printing & Publication - Advertisement - Computer Stationery - Miscellaneous and Others/Covid Items - Investigation Crime Scene Items - Sports Items - Beds & Boxes (Purchase) - Tent & Tarpals including Repair - Road Safety - Repair of Machinery & Equipment - Repair of Furniture Fixture - Plant & Machinery (Purchase) - Furniture & Fixture (Purchase) - Hardware (Purchase) - Software (Purchase) - POL Charges (Lubricants/Mobil Oil) - Transport Repair including Purchase Batteries, Tyers, Air Filters & Oil Filters. Estimated costs range from 01 Million to 65 Million rupees, with 03% bid security applicable to each lot as specified. Bidders must be well reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments, Punjab Sales Tax where applicable and Professional Tax. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Rule 12 and Punjab electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Each lot-wise e-bid shall comprise a single package containing Technical and Financial bids inclusive of all taxes, with technical samples, brochures and related material mandatory and subject to evaluation. The procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Section 38(2)(a). Original 03% bid security must be submitted as CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in favour of Regional Officer, CCD, Lahore before the electronic bid submission deadline. Performance guarantee of up to 10% of the total contract agreement value shall be deposited upon acceptance and refunded after successful completion. The e-bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
