Registration Of Medicine And Surgical Vendors Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration, fresh and renewal, of eligible vendors for local purchase on day-to-day basis of drugs and medicines, surgical disposables, medical devices, implants and other therapeutic goods, including local, multinational and imported products, for Financial Year 2026-27. Registered vendors must have active taxpayer status valid up to 30.09.2027, a licensed operational pharmacy within a maximum 10 km radius of the hospital and established technical, managerial and financial capabilities. Registration will support supplies through the Online Automated Local Purchase LPDD System deployed by the Punjab Information Technology Board and will also cover Hospital Zakat patients. The approximate allocated budget for medicines is Rs. 50,000,000 and a performance guarantee of Rs. 50,000 is required in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with the original performance guarantee submitted by the bid opening time in addition to its uploaded soft copy. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The bid submission deadline is 17.09.2026 at 10:00 AM and opening is at 10:30 AM on the same day.
