Description
Construction and installation of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank and D.I. Khan. The works include installation of tube wells - installation of solar based tube wells - provision of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes - installation of small scale DWSS - PCC streets and related works at specified locations. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration, valid KPRA registration and FBR certificate with active status, KP Central Enlistment registration, Form H or SECP registration where applicable and an affidavit regarding non-blacklisting. Procurement follows Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through E-PADS. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR in favour of the undersigned, with applicable stamp duty, and must remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Additional security is required for bids below the Engineer's Estimate in the specified ranges, together with detailed rate analysis. Bids must remain valid for 93 days from opening, scanned mandatory documents must be uploaded, and the original bid security must reach the office through registered courier before closing.
