Electrical And Hvac Infrastructure Rehabilitation Tender Notice
Description
Pakistan Airports Authority intends to procure the rehabilitation and improvement of electrical and HVAC infrastructure at PAA Officer/Staff facilities at SZIAP Rahim Yar Khan using available funds for financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes electrical infrastructure rehabilitation and improvement and HVAC infrastructure rehabilitation and improvement works. Eligible bidders must submit sealed e-bids through EPADS V2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with selection based on Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable authority regulations, guidelines and instructions. A bid security of Rs. 300,000 is mandatory in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee or demand draft, with the original physical instrument submitted to the designated office before the bid submission deadline. Bidders not registered on EPADS V2.0 must register before participating. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0 by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM the same day; manually submitted bids are not acceptable, although bidders are also instructed to submit a sealed hard copy at the designated office. The procurement is subject to the grievance redressal mechanism under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
