Hiring of services for primary WAN connectivity including fiber and ISM wireless links for approximately 200 to 300 sites across the province including Arazi Record Centers with complete network connectivity setup and operational support - procurement conducted under single stage one envelope bidding process in accordance with World Bank procurement regulations - bidders must submit sealed bids with required bid security of PKR 3000000 in the form of CDR or unconditional bank guarantee - bidding documents available online and pre bid meeting scheduled with option for virtual participation - bids must be submitted physically and will be opened publicly at specified time and location - late or non compliant bids will be rejected
