Description
Prequalification of firms under an open framework agreement for group health insurance services for employees through competitive bidding under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted under the two-envelope procedure. Bid security of 500,000.00 is required and bid validity shall be 360 days. Proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM.
