Description
Procurement of dietary food items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27, including wheat products - sugar - chicken - and fresh milk. The estimated tender amounts are PKR 15,828,097 for wheat products, PKR 2,278,648 for sugar, PKR 3,576,078 for chicken and PKR 13,406,764 for fresh milk, with 1% bid security through CDR or DDPO as specified for each lot. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring technical and financial bids to be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Eligible experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises must be registered with income tax and, where required, sales tax departments. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day through the e-procurement system. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement portal is compulsory.
