Description
Construction of drinking water supply and sanitation infrastructure in southern districts, including street drains, sewer lines and a water supply scheme comprising tube well works, pump chamber, compound wall, surface tank, supply main, platform and water collecting point. The works cover Union Councils Ratta Kulachi, Lachra, Shore Kot, Yarik, Mandhra, Hissam, Chehkan, Kurai, Zindani, Dhap Shumali and Kaich, along with a water supply scheme near a flour mill. Estimated costs range from PKR 13.448 million to PKR 221.00 million. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS, requiring separate technical and financial bids. A bid security equal to 2% of the bid cost must be submitted as a call deposit, along with mandatory stamp duty call deposits; failure to provide required original deposits may result in rejection or debarment. Technical and financial submissions must be readable, and financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation while bids of unqualified participants will remain unopened. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or representatives.
