Fabrication Of Solid Waste Collection Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery including one front end loader and backhoe, two mini tippers with capacities of 1 to 1.5 cubic metres, and three tractor trolleys, complete according to specifications. The chassis will be supplied by the procuring entity. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope method requiring technical and financial bids. Eligible manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms must possess NTN, GST, valid renewed PEC registration and a sales, service and spare parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price must be provided through Call Deposit Receipt. Rates shall be quoted on an FOR basis with free supply and delivery, and the successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
