Fabrication Of Solid Waste Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery including one front end loader and backhoe, one mini tipper with capacity of 1 to 1.5 cubic metres, and one tractor trolley, complete according to specifications. The chassis for the work will be supplied by the procuring entity. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial bids. Eligible manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms must possess NTN, GST, valid renewed PEC registration and a sales, service and spare parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price must be submitted through Call Deposit Receipt in the name of TMO TMA Jandola. Rates must be quoted on an FOR basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office, and the successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day, while financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later at a notified date and venue.
