Procurement on a lot-wise framework contract basis for miscellaneous supplies, goods, assets and services including beds and boxes - conference, seminar and workshop arrangements - other stores - entertainment and gifts - furniture and fixtures - hot and cold weather charges - other miscellaneous items - POL charges and lubricants - payments for services rendered - purchase of other assets - sports items - tents and tarpaulins - transport services - other building works. Estimated lot values range from PKR 600,000 to PKR 2,500,000, with 2% bid security ranging from PKR 12,000 to PKR 50,000 according to the respective lot. Procurement will be conducted electronically through the e-procurement system using open competitive bidding and the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders may participate in one or more lots and must submit separate complete Technical Proposals and Financial Proposals for each lot, including applicable taxes and duties; partial bidding within a lot is not permitted. Technical samples or brochures where applicable are mandatory for evaluation, and technical bids must include income tax and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents. Bids will be opened on 12.09.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value, refundable upon successful completion of the contract. Eligible bidders include registered firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized agents, dealers or distributors engaged in relevant trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities.
