Description
Rehabilitation of road and tuff tiles in Hamza Town, Ferozepur Road, Lahore on an item-rate basis under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid PEC licence in category C-6 and above, and have active filer NTN and PNTN registration. E-bids must be submitted exclusively by uploading PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A digital bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of Rs. 5000000 must be submitted online before the submission deadline. Bidders must quote rates against each DNIT and BOQ item rather than percentage rates, and incomplete, conditional, unsigned or overwritten bids will be rejected. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee of the contract amount. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the closing date.
