Framework Procurement Supplies Equipment Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement for the financial year 2026-27 covering stationery - other supplies - hot and cold items - sports items - books - repair of machinery and equipment - furniture and fixtures - repair and purchase of parts for government vehicles and motorcycles - and dietary items. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed and financially strong firms having relevant previous experience and registration with FBR for GST, income tax and Punjab sales tax. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with technical proposals evaluated first and financial proposals of only technically responsive bidders opened subsequently. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of Rs. 14.53 million must be submitted through Pay Order or Bank Draft. The successful bidder shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee of the total contract value. Delivery will be as and when required.
