Description
Renewal of digital forensic and incident response retainer services through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Process. Technical and financial bids are invited from well reputed organizations and companies and must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date, while financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date and time to be announced subsequently. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options using the generated PSID. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges, and valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required.
