Procurement of a double head microscope with camera and medical grade refrigerators for PKLI and RC Rawalpindi through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments or authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. Bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and hard copies are not required. Detailed specifications, quantities, estimated cost, bid security requirements, submission procedures and evaluation method are provided in the tender documents. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement System procedure, and physical financial instruments including CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted.
