Repair And Maintenance Of Biomedical Equipment Tender Notice

E-bids are invited for an annual comprehensive repair and maintenance framework contract covering 02 Toray dialysis machines - 12 Fresenius dialysis machines - 01 Fresenius R.O. plant - Belimed CSSD machine and repair of an OPMI LUMERA-I operating microscope. Procurement shall be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement system under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically, and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security, CDR or Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Technical proposals will be opened electronically after submission. Firms submitting fake or forged documents may be disqualified or blacklisted, and incomplete, unfilled or vague bids will not be entertained.
