Purchase Of Tyres For Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of tyres for vehicles on an item-wise basis. Electronic procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities may participate. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and bid opening will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and specifications are available free of cost from the stated procurement websites. Bid validity shall be 90 days.
