Transport Maintenance Lubricant And Livestock Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement on a whole or head-wise basis for transport services - repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment - lubricant and POL charges - purchase of livestock for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate technical and financial proposals submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible well-reputed and financially sound firms, bidders, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agencies, dealers and distributors with relevant experience and required tax registrations may participate. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated amount is required for each respective head through the prescribed electronic payment mechanism, with the original affidavit submitted in hard form as required. Technical proposals will be opened first and financial proposals of technically evaluated bidders will subsequently be opened. Successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value. Rates must be quoted for every item and technical samples, brochures or catalogues must be submitted where demanded.
