Lease Cafeteria Shops General Store Tender Notice
Description
Allotment and lease of university facilities including cafeteria - photocopy and stationery shop - tuck shop and general store. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities where applicable. Bidding shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted in a single sealed envelope; technical eligibility and compliance shall be evaluated before financial evaluation. Facilities shall be allotted to the highest valid financial bidder subject to prescribed terms and approval, and financial bids below the reserve price shall not be accepted. Lot-wise bids must be submitted at the designated Treasurer Office and accompanied by original bid security equal to 5% of the applicable reserve price through CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Successful bidders shall arrange establishment and operation infrastructure including shed or kiosk construction, furniture, equipment, utilities and required facilities at their own cost and risk according to approved specifications. Bid validity is 120 days.
