Auction Of Cafeteria At University Of Okara Tender Notice
Description
Auction for operating Laterova Cafeteria at University of Okara as a cafeteria and food business. Electronic bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and other eligible bidders registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA, relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. The annual estimated or base value exclusive of taxes is Rs 2,000,000 and bid security is Rs 100,000 representing 5% of annual estimated rent. The auction shall be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Clause 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security shall be deposited digitally through the online payment system linked with BOP, and manual CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. The bid validity period is 90 days from opening. The contractor shall start breakfast and lunch including Roti and Salan immediately after issuance of the work order or signing of the contract after acceptance and payment of performance guarantee. The contract shall be for one year and may be extended for a further two years with an increment of 10%.
