Procurement of repair and maintenance of washroom blocks of the Academic Block at University of Okara with estimated cost Rs 4,498,096, earnest money Rs 134,945 and completion period 30 days - construction of an indoor cricket arena at University of Okara with estimated cost Rs 3,473,571, earnest money Rs 104,210 and completion period 30 days - repair and maintenance of House No. C-01 at University of Okara with estimated cost Rs 1,068,179, earnest money Rs 32,046 and completion period 15 days. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Clause 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on an item-rate basis using the 2nd Bi-Annual Market Rate System from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026 and District Okara or Non-Scheduled Rates approved by the competent authority. The procurement shall be carried out through Punjab e-Procurement and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security shall be deposited digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with BOP, and manual CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. Bid validity is 90 days from opening.
