Security Services For Shelter And Children Homes Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a firm for provision of security guard services for Shelter Homes in D.G. Khan, Rajanpur, Layyah and Muzaffargarh, and Children Homes for Male and Female in D.G. Khan for FY 2026-27 from October 2026 to June 2027. A total of 18 security guards are required, comprising three guards for each listed facility. Eligible firms and companies must be engaged in relevant security services and registered with relevant registration authorities. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure through Punjab e-Procurement. Technical bids will be opened separately, and staff qualification and eligibility criteria are specified in the bidding documents. The estimated cost is Rs. 8,910,000, with bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 178,200 required through CDR, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee; the original instrument must be delivered before bid closing. The successful bidder shall provide a 5% performance guarantee.
