Supply Repair Equipment Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for financial year 2026-2027 covering supply and repair requirements including stationery and printing materials - miscellaneous motors - machinery repair - furniture repair - footwear - repair of government vehicles - building repair and other specified items. Eligible bidders must have relevant previous experience, registration for general sales tax and applicable sales taxes, and financial stability. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in distinct envelopes, with technical proposals containing the required firm information, manufacturer authorization where applicable, sales tax and professional tax details and the latest tax return. Technical proposals will be opened online on 14 September 2026 at 11:30 AM, while financial proposals will be opened at the subsequent stage according to the date notified through the E-Procurement System. Bidders must provide 2% earnest money electronically in the prescribed form. After award, the successful bidder must furnish 5% security in the form of Deposit at Call or CDR based on the contract value, refundable at the end of the year. Successful firms must supply goods or complete repairs within the stipulated time under supply orders, provide bank account details and bank statements, and all payments will be made by cheque. Rates for all procurement and repair items shall remain valid until 30 June 2027.
