One Year Canteen Contract Auction Tender Notice
Description
Contract and auction for operation of a school canteen for one year. Tax-registered and experienced individuals or parties are invited to participate. Tender forms may be obtained from the school upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 until 22 September 2026 at 1:00 PM. Completed forms must be submitted by 23 September 2026 at 10:30 AM, and bidding will take place on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A Call Deposit of Rs. 25,000 in favour of the Principal must be attached with the tender form, and participation without the required Call Deposit will not be allowed. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel or reject the tender under PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
