Catering Services For Training Course Participants Tender Notice
Description
Arrangement of breakfast, lunch and dinner including tea at 11:00 AM for participants of training courses at Peshawar, Swat, Hazara and Bannu/D.I. Khan for the year 2026-2027. Eligible restaurants, suppliers, contractors and individuals must be registered with KPRA and FBR for income tax and sales tax and reflected on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using the single stage one envelope procedure. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bids and all relevant mandatory documents on E-PADS. Scanned bid security must be attached electronically, while the original CDR or bid security must be submitted to the office of the Director by the specified deadline. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM PST.
