Purchase Lubricant Items Tender Notice
Description
Purchase and supply of lubricant items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 up to 30 June 2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Technical proposals will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM and financial bids will be considered after completion of technical evaluation, with lowest rates accepted. Eligible firms must be well reputed, financially sound, experienced in the relevant field, and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments where applicable. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, bank draft or bankers cheque, while the successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value. Delivery time for stores is 10 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers automotive lubricants, lubricant items, oils and related vehicle maintenance supplies under an annual framework contract.
