Description
Supply of medicines and vaccines to employees including in-service and retired personnel on discounted rates on a monthly basis under a one-year contract extendable as permitted. Procurement shall use single stage one envelope bidding and bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual bids are not accepted. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM through the electronic procurement system. Estimated cost is Rs. 35,000,000 with digital bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 700,000. Eligible bidders must be registered income tax filers, appear on active taxpayer lists, possess a valid Drug Sale License on Form-9, provide relevant government hospital or institution supply experience, submit an authenticity affidavit and undertaking regarding non-blacklisting, and arrange alternate stock where required.
