Provision Janitorial Cleaning Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services through deployment of 20 sweepers for offices under a framework contract initially for one year. Technical and financial bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System using single stage two envelope procedure, with bids opened at 12:30 AM on the same day. Estimated cost is Rs. 10 million and bid security of 5% of the total estimated cost is required. Eligibility requires a non-blacklisting affidavit, bank certificate or statement or balance sheet demonstrating financial soundness of not less than Rs. 50 million in each of the last three years, NTN and income tax filer status, Punjab sales tax filer status, current professional tax certificate, company profile and acceptance of tender terms. The successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount.
