Provision Of Janitorial Services At Teaching Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services at Khalifa Gul Nawaz Hospital, Bannu, through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. The earnest money is PKR 1,000,000. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and appear on the active taxpayer list in accordance with the applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules. Bid solicitation documents and general instructions, including evaluation criteria and terms and conditions, may be downloaded from KP-EPADS, the KPPRA website and the hospital website, or obtained separately from the Procurement Manager for PKR 2,000. Bidders must upload all mandatory documents and bid security separately for each lot. The bid must be prepared on the bidder’s original letterhead, sealed, signed and signed on every page. Scanned copies of earnest money or a call deposit in the name of the Hospital Director, MTI Bannu, must be uploaded through e-PADS, and the original hard copy must be delivered before the closing deadline. Combined quotations for more than one lot will be considered non-responsive. Applicable Income Tax, stamp duty, Professional Tax and other government taxes will be charged according to the rules. Forged or misleading documents may result in disqualification. The competent authority may reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules 2014.
