Supply Vehicles Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories covering two items through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids shall be submitted and physical bids are not required; bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Bid security of 2% in the form of deposit at call from a scheduled bank is required. Eligibility requires five assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at Rs. 140,000,000 during the previous three years, turnover of at least Rs. 120,000,000 during three subsequent previous years, active taxpayer list status, sales tax certificate, non-blacklisting status, manufacturer certificate, dealership facility in Balochistan for repair and maintenance, five years dealership experience in sales and after-sales service, and commitment to delivery time. Joint ventures are not permissible and bids shall be opened electronically at 10:30 AM on the same day.
