Procurement Of Drugs And Medicines For Thalassemia Care Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of drugs and medicines from funds allocated by the Government of Sindh Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat and Ushr Department for use in thalassemia care during financial year 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under SPPRA Rules 46(2). Eligible manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and importers with good reputation and sound financial position must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Tender documents may be purchased from 2026-08-28 to 2026-09-14 up to 12:00 Noon against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes by 2026-09-14 at 12:00 Noon. Technical proposals will open on 2026-09-14 and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will open after scrutiny. Earnest money equal to 5% of the tender amount must be submitted in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bid validity is 90 days and all quotations must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable government taxes.
