Description
Procurement of dialysis disposable items - microbiology equipment and disposable items - laboratory kits - blood bags through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 2026-09-16 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security is Rs. 200,000 for dialysis disposable items, microbiology equipment and disposable items, and blood bags, while laboratory kits require Rs. 500,000 bid security. Bid security must be submitted from the account of the bidding firm, bidder or contractor in favour of the Hospital Director. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Admin Block. Original bid security and original stamp papers are mandatory, while Pay Orders are not acceptable as bid security. Rates shall remain valid until 2027-06-30 under the framework contract.
