Description
Procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for financial year 2026-27, including wheat products - pulses - sugar - hen eggs - chicken - mutton - beef or veal - fresh milk - vegetables and fruits. Estimated tender amounts are provided lot-wise, with 1% bid security of estimated cost in the form of CDR, DD or PO. Experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises registered with Sales Tax, where required, and Income Tax Departments may participate under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders shall submit profiles including technical and financial bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-09-10 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room. Bid submission closes on 2026-09-15 at 10:00 AM and technical bids will open on the same day at 10:30 AM through Punjab e-Procurement. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal is compulsory.
