Supply Of Medical Equipment And Vessel Sealing Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment for financial year 2026-27, including urology equipment - tissue fusion and vessel sealing systems - eye equipment - ENT and electro-surgical units. The procurement will be conducted through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and be reflected on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. A bid security of 2% is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in the name of MTI DHQ TH D.I. Khan, with the original bid security and required physical form submitted as prescribed. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-09-08 at 12:00 Noon in the Committee Room. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS on or before 2026-09-22 at 12:00 Noon; submissions by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. Technical bids will open on 2026-09-22 at 11:30 AM.
