Security Services Wasa Installations Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited from reputable licensed security companies and firms for hiring security supervisors and guards for the safety and security of Water and Sanitation Agency properties and installations located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The contract period is one year from 01-10-2026 to 30-09-2027 and may be extended subject to satisfactory performance. The estimated cost is Rs. 16,750,272 and bidders must provide bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of deposit at call or bank draft in favour of the Managing Director. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate technical and financial proposals, and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. Manual bids will not be accepted. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA and Punjab E-Procurement System, hold a valid security company license, be active taxpayers, provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted, comply with applicable labour laws including minimum wages, social security and EOBI, and possess at least five similar contracts with documentary evidence of permanent staff.
